The Ku-band 10W DBF TR module is designed for transmitting analog phased arrays and receiving DBF (Digital Beamforming) scenarios. Each receive channel includes down-conversion functionality.
The module consists of 8 TR channels, including components such as circulators, transmit power amplifiers, driver amplifiers, phase shifters, receive limiters, low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), MGC attenuators (1-bit, 20dB), image-reject mixers, STC attenuators (6-bit, 31.5dB), RF electronic switches, interface circuits, and power dividers.
The main functions of the Ku-band TR module are illustrated in Figure 1. It controls the transmit and receive paths of each component through the switching of the transmit/receive (T/R) switch. During transmission, it performs phase shifting and amplification of the microwave signal. During reception, it processes the echo signal received by the array antenna unit through limiting, amplification, and down-conversion.
